An MoU has been signed by the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) with a Heartfulness Education Trust (HET) to provide wellness tools to their students. AICTE recognized that the students, staff, faculty and counsellors of colleges, institutes, and universities would have access to HET programmes and courses.
HET will also conduct the orientation sessions for educational institutions to get a brief idea about its programmes and courses. The programme may also offer the institutes its infrastructure facilities, such as tissue culture labs, initiatives in environmental sustainability and research facilities in Kanha Shantivanam, and retreat centres in different AICTE approved institutions across India.
The students of undergraduate and postgraduate levels can choose credit-based courses or modules; the students are allowed by MoU to do internships at AICTE approved institutions.
The students who will explore the fields like sustainable technologies, environmental sustainability, contemplative pedagogy, and consciousness will be eligible for research fellowships.
