Rexy began his career with Bharat Petroleum Company Ltd., Mumbai, a Fortune-500 firm, where he spent over 20 years marketing and distributing petroleum products to industrial and retail consumers across India. He served on the board of directors of TOTAL Petroleum JV firm in India, the world’s sixth largest oil corporation, and developed and commissioned their Bitumen factory in Jodhpur in record time.

The Multifaceted Career

Rexy founded his own consulting firm, Rex Fuels Management Pvt. Ltd., in 2005 with a group of like-minded experienced professionals, providing advisory services to clients for Crude Oil, Natural Gas, Light Diesel Oil, and other commodities; his firm has successfully completed many projects of Bitumen modification plants, storage and distribution facilities, and consultation with over 1000 customers. In addition, Rex Fuels arranges high-profile industry conferences and trade shows.
Rexy, an entrepreneur with a passion for education, founded R ex Global Business Services in July 2019 to provide complete overseas guidance services for students, with an exclusive tie-up with the prestigious La Sierra University in California (USA) for an MBA program in Business Analytics (STEM). This is a one-year STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) approved MBA program which is eligible for three years of OPT (Optional Practical Training) to work in the USA.

GlobalCoachOnline.com, another of his favourite projects, was launched in October 2020 – a unique global network for both students and coaches to interact and upgrade abilities and learnings – already boasting 100+ coaches in record time.

Idea Behind the Innovation

The corporate journey was a great learning and deeply enriching experience for him. System, Structure and Hierarchy were some of its defining traits. At the same time, very large organisations tend to become less flexible and risk-averse.
