Bearing this in mind and putting an effort to create a notable change and enhancing the system to help others is Dr Rabiaah’ Bhatia, Founder & Director of eD WebStudio Channel. She is a multi-talented person who believes in working for her success. With the intense desire to help and improve relationships, she ventured as an entrepreneur and imprinted her mark on the field.

We at the knowledge Review had an opportunity to interview this talented, infused personality; below are the highlights of the interview.

Please let us know about the saga story of your career since its beginning.

Life runs in a circle of challenges. As the challenges increase, you become stronger and change your view of life. This is how and why I began my professional journey.

And my career started as a simple BPO customer care executive, then a Manager in the Banking sector, which took me to a position that I could never dream of as a head of HR and PR in a Marketing and Consulting firm with stakeholders from the Hospitality Industry.

Having spent 24 years as a working professional, I have had an enriching experience working in and understanding varied industries’ intricacies.

After working with almost all sectors, mental peace and inner satisfaction were something that I was craving. Then I stopped myself and took a break from work. And this proved to be a 360-degree turnaround in my perspective of finding a purpose in life, due to which in 2015, I decided to join the education sector with a mission of touching, nurturing millions and millions of lives, and grooming them to be the leaders of the world, who can make this world a better place to live in and that marked the stepping stone for my entrepreneurial journey in 2017.

Tell us about the mission, vision, and core values for your future success.

Rather than dreaming about a sweet life of success, I worked for it. It is I who would define my success, and I would achieve it by standing by my own set of rules. And I’m proud of the life I’ve built with it. I’ve always thought that one woman’s success can only benefit other women. I have a clear vision and constantly strive to be a better version of myself.

Being a prominent leader, how do you manage to influence others?

Be The Change to Bring the Change! – My Motto! Learn from your own mistakes and enhance yourself to empower others!

During your journey, what challenges, you came across, and how did you overcome them?

Where there is life, there are “Ups’ & “Downs”.

Even though life is not always simple, we can all make our lives more beautiful by remembering that “we are born for a purpose that only we can fulfil.” Make a goal for yourself and work toward it; this is how we give our lives meaning and get through all challenges.

Do you provide any global exposure in your institute?

eD WebStudio Channel is a venture dedicated to promoting healthy relationships with people all over the globe. In the twenty-first century, things are rapidly evolving. Societies have been coming together as a result of the accelerated information resulting in advancement in numerous fields.

The development of technology has had a significant impact on how we live now. More of a cause to thank the good Lord for technology since it has become an indispensable part of our existence, especially in times like today when the entire world has succumbed to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The tremendous transformation that has been experienced during the global pandemic scenario has altered how individuals function in many spheres of their lives, including employment, social interactions, entertainment, etc. One of our primary focuses is using technology to create a productive community.

Technology-assisted knowledge has the potential to remodel and transform civilizations and revolutionize economies on a massive scale.

What major factors keep motivating you towards your goal, and how do you inspire students to select an interesting career for their bright future? 

Without a doubt, innate talent is hidden in each person. The question is: How do you discover that talent? The only option is to put effort into whatever is in front of you. Giving everything you’ve got to your education, sports, extracurricular activities, entrepreneurship, or anything else you’re involved in will allow your true potential to shine through. It’s crucial that you develop the habit of pushing yourself to your absolute limit and never giving up.

Which activities do you conduct in your institute to maintain maximum student engagement?

We provide Corporate Training, Mentoring sessions for Life skill Topics, Soft Skills, Interview Skills, Career Counselling, Counselling Sessions and the Importance of Sports, and Value Education.

One of our outstanding academicians is utilizing her talents to better society and to help everyone realize that their personal happiness is in their own control.

How do you feel when you get to know that others are following your footsteps and what else do you do so that people keep following you?

I acknowledge it, appreciate it, and I get encouraged & motivated to strive hard more towards my mission, to achieve my goal.

As an inspiring leader, what would be your message to students worldwide?

I believe in Try, Try, Try until you Succeed! Keep believing in yourself! Never Give up!

What is your envision for your institute/organization and for you also?

The vision and mission of the organization is to help kids see the magnificence of the world and their responsibility to protect it. We support utilizing technology to the fullest extent possible and doing everything possible to increase the number of employment opportunities available to people so they can advance and succeed in the truest meaning of the word.

Opening new doors to new beginnings will be a nexus of engaging with a community of highly experienced individuals who are willing to share their priceless observations, insights, and foresight.
