According to Dr. Al Falasi, it is essential to develop adaptable and proactive educational systems that keep up with technological advancement and future employment requirements in order to close the gap between educational outcomes and requirements of the labor market. He likewise discussed how significant it is for instructive organizations to collaborate with bosses to make state-of-the-art instructive projects that show understudies the most popular information and abilities.
He also said that the UAE Ministry of Education and its partners are always working to improve the country’s innovative education system to help it grow in a holistic and long-term way.
