On Wednesday, a district-level public hearing on the State Education Policy was held at the Government Girls Higher Secondary School with stakeholders.
The conference was organized in advance of the zonal meeting, which will be placed in Salem on October 28.
Lesson plans, quality education for all, examination improvements, teacher training and appointments, life skills, language skills, creativity skills, and social justice parameters. Also, higher education assurance for school graduates, research quality in higher education, higher education funds from within and outside the country, and other recommendations were elicited.
According to the organization, Telugu medium schools in Hosur were conducting classes in English due to a lack of Telugu literature.
A public hearing was held in Dharmapuri, and ideas and proposals were solicited from different stakeholders, including NGOs, educationists, activists, parents, students, teachers, and retired professionals.
