Goethe-Institut Max Mueller Bhavan introduced a unique e-learning portal, ‘Kinderuni Marathi’ in Pune, to provide knowledge of science to the students through Marathi language medium. This tool also enables the learning of German in a playful and fun way.

The major objective of this portal is to offer children lessons on numerous topics like nature and technology, humankind, in an easy and simple manner which will be accessible free of cost for all children in the age group of 8-12 in school or at home.

Around ten Marathi schools from Pune participated in this launch event, including two rural schools from Bhor Tehsil and Gorhe Budruk village. Activities such as the reading of science stories in Marathi, taster lessons’ of Kinderuni, and workshops with an engaging quiz was also organized at this event.
